Lt. Gen. Abdul Moneim Al-Tarrass, President of the Arab Manufacturing Authority, stressed the importance of implementing president Abdel Fattah El Sisi's directives to deepen local manufacturing, transfer, and the localization of Digital Transformation technology, safe circulation of information, and the provision of smart electronic services in accordance with international quality standards. This came during the signing of a protocol of cooperation between the Arab Manufacturing Authority and IKEN company, which is one of the leading Egyptian companies in the fields of Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0, and Digital Security.
Ministry of Military Production
The Egyptian Ministry of Military Production, represented by the Center for Scientific and Technological Excellence and the Center for Information and Computer Systems, signed a memorandum of understanding with Iken company in the field of digital transformation. Eng. Hossam Reda El Gamal made the announcement at the ministry's general office. The ministry said in a statement that the signing of the MOU with IKEN comes within the framework of the state's trend of Digital Transformation and applies the concepts of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (I4.0) to the production lines of its companies and units.
